Our delivery’s are for post code area’s within mainland Scotland, Carlisle & Newcastle with regards to Islands please contact us to confirm delivery & costs before placing order.
Unfortunately we currently do not ship to any part of Ireland….watch this space!!

Hot Tub Deliveries

Hot tub orders that are placed online will only be a kerbside delivery within mainland Scotland, Carlisle & Newcastle there after it will be the clients responsibility to have the spa sited. For orders out with these areas please contact us to discuss your area and requirements.

All prices on the website includes VAT at the current statutory rate determined by UK HMRC at invoice date. With the exception of servicing and call out products which are plus VAT at the current rate.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into any contract between Ayrshire Log Cabins (the Company) and the Customer for the supply of goods and/or services by the Company to the Customer and shall apply to the exclusion of all terms and conditions conflicting with or purporting to modify them, except where otherwise agreed in writing between the Company and the Customer.

The placing of an order expresses acceptance of all our terms and conditions of business. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returning of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods
In the unlikely event that your order/goods arrive damaged, please notify us either way if damaged is on delivery and also confirm this with the delivery drivers paper work and notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods in writing or by email, and a member of our team will be in touch in due course.

If you inadvertently order the wrong products and do not realise until they have been delivered. Please notify us and we will advise you how to return the goods and we can then deliver the correct products. We will obviously need to charge carriage in this case. We will be happy to quote should this situation arise. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
